The longest Ive kept a car

Although it was only a few years that I had the Veloster, I had no intention of giving it up until I wrecked it. I cannot think of a single thing I could complain about except the occasional rattles and the right front speaker regularly going bad. But with that warranty, its hard to go wrong. The 6 speed was a gas to drive too. - 4.0

Good value for money

I have owned this car for 6 months now and have almost no issues with it. The only issue I have with this car is the sluggish DCT transmission. In normal driving around down, the shifts are laggy and takes a little bit to finally start moving. Putting the car into sport mode helps with take off and the transmission shifts much quicker when the car is pushed harder. The car is comfortable for extended periods of time and the seats are well bolstered. I love Apple CarPlay in this car. It is my favorite feature so far! Visibility is pretty decent considering its shape and fuel economy could be better for its class. I wish the car made more exhaust noise. A simple muffler delete helped so much with that. Overall the car isn't bad. It has distinct styling, loads of features, and is comfortable to drive. However, its let down by a flimsy auto transmission and below average fuel economy. Recommend getting the crisp 6 speed manual transmission (if you can find one)
