Intenet Sales Consultants

This is NOT a BDC position and will work with customers from beginning to end.

Labelle Ford is seeking highly motivated people to help us with our growing business. As a new and pre-owned automotive sales consultant, your income potential is unlimited! Most of our salespeople earn $45,000 - $80,000 per year we even have a few earning $100,000+!

Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. We will train the right candidates!

Responsibilities And Qualifications

Bi-Weekly Pay Roll - Great Compensation - Great Environment

  • Training will be provided
  • Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives
  • Answer inbound sales calls and respond to Internet inquiries
  • Attend sales & product knowledge meetings
  • Motivation to be successful
  • Great customer service skills
  • Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong computer & phone skills
  • Prior sales or retail experience a plus
  • Maintain professional business attire and appearance
  • Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
  • Must be able to pass drug screen and pre-employment pre-screening

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound sales call in a polite and professional manner
  • Respond to internet leads according to a company defined process
  • Be proficient and professional in dealing with customers via telephone as well as in person
  • Have the ability to communicate via email professionally
  • Schedule appointments
  • Meet and greet the customer in a professional manner
  • Effectively utilize CRM, phone systems, and lead management tools
  • Be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
  • Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks
  • Maintain a neat and orderly appearance of yourself and work areas
  • Ability to understand and negotiate figures


Successful Characteristics:

  • INBOUND AND OUTBOUND PHONE SKILLS HIGHLY DESIRABLE

  • Individual effectiveness - The ability to take initiative and effectively apply oneself to accomplish department, team, and individual goals and objectives.
  • Interpersonal Effectiveness - The ability to adapt to other personalities in a respectful manner and to deal with stressful situations by effectively relating to others and maintaining self-control.
  • Language skills - Bilingual or more a plus.


Working Conditions:
Will stand and move throughout the dealership facility (lot, showroom, service department, offices) for most of the shift. Work shifts will include 5-6 day workweeks, nights and "Bell to bell" schedules, averaging about 50 hours a week. Will spend time outdoors, under varying climate conditions, showing vehicles to prospective customers and to drive vehicles in traffic during test drives. Evening, holiday and weekends work hours will be required

Salary: $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
